Marinade | Masala Chicken For Braai
INGREDIENTS
- 3 baby chickens (cut in half)
- 2 kg chicken fillets
- 5 tablespoons chilli garlic masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red chillies (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dry corriander
- 4 tablespoons thick yoghurt
- 5 tablespoons oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate chicken in above and braai over hot coals.
