Marinade | Masala Chicken For Braai

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 baby chickens (cut in half)
  • 2 kg chicken fillets
  • 5 tablespoons chilli garlic masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red chillies (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dry corriander
  • 4 tablespoons thick yoghurt
  • 5 tablespoons oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken in above and braai over hot coals.
